Re: "Searching for Signal" during storms

For most DTV receivers hit MENU on your remote. On the menu screen that drops down go to SETUP, or SATELLITE. Hit your enter button, and then go to Satellite signal or something to that effect. Then in that screen go to SIGNAL STRENGTH or CHECK SIGNAL STRENGTH. You should then get a reading throughout the transponders.
