I appreciate the fairness in your response. I cant speak for the Tampa situation, but that was 10 years ago. Groupware is a very different company now. (we are going back to Tampa by the way) As far s being employee based, our payscale is really not that much different than the subs. We pay a percentage very close to what our competitors pay. We also pay every week, not every 2 weeks and offer benefits. The other thing to keep in mind is that the industry as a whole is moving toward employee based contract companies. I know this is a little ways off, but Comcast has already started making it mandatory in many regions around the country. If I am not mistaken, the 2 new compaines that were brought in to Orlando are employee based as well. Just something to think about for the future.
