Again, that sounds fair. A true sub paying his/her own way should be getting 80%. A true employee with all expenses paid is normally 30% to 33%. Example- - Employer is paid 34 cents for strand, crew splits 10 or 11 cents. This includes the employer paying 1/2 of health Ins. and hopefully an IRA contribution.
Better to do an inch right then do a mile and do it twice.
