You start your day with 1-3 jobs in your hand that a computer system has routed to you, and you will get additional work assigned to you by a computer depending on how quickly you finish the jobs. There is no rewarding a good tech or punishing a bad tech with a route, there is no way of knowing what jobs you will get, how much money you may make, or what time you will get done. There will be days that you may sit idol for hours waiting on work to then have a phone call at 7pm that you just aquired some jobs to do. I don't know how it could be legal to hold a contractor at bay for specified hours without any guarantee of work and no compensation for down time. It is the worst idea that I have experienced in my years in the biz.
