not @ the Gasden office yet... i spread the word there and in B'ham though of the coming imposed further tyranny.
they are handing out the siamese rg-6/ph though now .. call it sugestive reasoning for the "wanna be" 10-12 hr rapid turn over rate 3 week total guys. (those guys quit in 3 wks on average).
I know "OF" (maybe/ wink) a POV tenured tech that has got to point he refuses to touch the white van service calls w/o raising hell. Been going on SC's and then calling merdian and Hm office demanding full install rates because of their stupidity and lack of training & giving a ***T by the white van.
Biggest joke in this state as a company involvng anything= Bruister.
Public perception is a laugh little lone within the work force. Heck i know of a garage owner that just the other day REFUSED to give them GAS even (true story).. No kidding. BA had been to his hm and left 3 masts on the roof But only 1 dish.. The man still had no programing. BA moved it 3 times and each time used a new mast (w/o removal of old) and moved closer to the trees each time. You guessed it the new white van and the $12 hr clowns(3 different ones). The mans wealthy home looked like Indians shot it. He didnt forget and NOW BA 's money and gas cards are NOT welcome there again or Ever. The man cussed the BA "boy" as if he was Herb himself actually for just wanting Gas. We now work on a recovery and damage claim law suit in his behalf with a loud mention of a untrained work force and signed avidavits concerning this occurance /roof damge and several other patrons of DTV PAID service in this Same jacket .

You ever heard of covert activity & undermining . Find ya "pet project and a disheartning story" from a HSP tech's cry out for help and Jump on Board.. youd be quite suprised at what progress can be made just by wanting to help someone who has a family ..IN FAct JUST last night a meeting took place i help organize 4 states away from here at a loc IBEW hall involving Mastec. Nothing more than "reach and desire".
It simply takes will and determination that is all.
I wont post here how and what i did and its depth BUT. If you hear of ANY cry out for Help from ANY HSP employee on the street or this forum let me know.. Ill do what i can to help them and get a Union rep in their face within a reasonable amt of time. TRUST ME. Ill ask one single question in private and then it WILL happen. Its quite simple for me. Some of these guys are intimidated so boldly and bad that they dont want to do it for fear of loosing their job and mostly just dont know how and where to start.. I had a man of 30 something ask me for Help just because he was in fear of loosng his Insurance because his wife is preg. if he started union talk. Now thats a sad story. The result of that sad story took place Last Night. with the IBEW as i mentioned 4 states from here. Simple mediation is all that was needed and the result went forward.
Ethical fortitude is a powerful thing to stand up for and with.. the fire will never die in that ya know.
