Suggest that you become familiar with the 1984 & amended 1992 Cable Act (sec. 612) requirements on Commercial Leased Access. In general, systems with greater than 55 chs, are required to make available up to 15% of their ch. capacity to those non-affilated entities that meet certian specified leased access requirements. They have to pay for carriage (based on a federal mandated formula), and most are shopping/infomercial type programmers. I'm thinking that your system's corporate legal/government folks are aware of this
