I have 90 days on my work. I've only gone out of my work twice in the past 3 years. 1st time was cause the people moved their receiver and didn't hook it back up right and the 2nd time cause the customers TV was junk and wouldn't turn on. Neither of which is my fault. So Like the other guy said, do it right the first time.
BUt if u work for a company that can find fault in anything and just wants to keep ur money, then QUITE
