I thought he answered it quite well. Just read the post again. The answer is right there in his response. It is also in your contract I would bet.
The way some of us spell, it is a wonder that we can read at all. I hear time and time again how we are paid less and we can't make a living anymore. If we started showing some professionalism in the way we post and speak. We might be able to move forward and start getting the pay we deserve. I am no rocket engineer but, I would pay a backwoods redneck what he is worth and Professional CATV/Sat man what he is worth....Just some food for thought.
