Does anyone know how or who to shake up in Charter Comm. in St Louis Metro area to get someone to A. Answer the phone. B. Answer an email C. Come fix my brothers internet service! He has bad noise/ingress on the line from the tap back! He is the only one that has HSI. So ... No one is real concerned apparently!
He has called and waited on hold for longer than 1 hr multiple times. He and I have sent numerous emails with no answer. Two months and cant stay on line longer than 5 minutes!
This is terrible. Anyone know of a corporate number? Customer relations? Anything to shake these idiots up a bit!
