Once again Trey, the ONLY THING YOU KNOW FOR SURE is that Mastec employees showed their chargebacks on a TV News report. You can not with any honesty say that Ironwood, or B&A, or any other HSP is charging back. Furthermore you do not know that the charge backs are illegal or anything else you state with such factuality. Unless you have a pay stub from anyone of the employees stating the exact reason for the chargeback you have NO IDEA what the chargeback is for. Also unless you are privy to the employee agreement that was executed by both parties you can not with any certainty state that these are illegal.
These chargebacks seem to me to be similar to a Union fining a member and making the fine an automatic deduction from their paycheck. I really do not know the law or specifics of both of them but gosh they sure sound like the same thing.
