Thats Ralph Maly. What you fail to understand is that the big wigs are just the face of organized labor. They will all tell you that the real power comes from the rank and file. This is not a cult that walks hand and hand all the time. Workers rights being observed is the only agenda.
Stop trying to make it seem as if 1 or 1000 people represent the 14 million member labor has. Thats your biggest mistake in this discussion. You are attempting to discredit the entire labor movement because of the actions of a few dumb ****. I do not try to discredit all corps. only the ones who violate workers rights. You defend companies who violate labor laws, I DO NOT defend folks who violate the trust and responsibility given to them by union members. THEY ARE WRONG AND NEED TO BE JAILED. You will not say the same about people who violate workers rights, which is a crime.
The points you make are best served for your employees. When you force them into your little meetings you should use the material you have been using. Just a piece of advice.
