There are other contractors in the Orlando system that simply do not operate this way. The MSO in Orlando has over 14 subs- conducting work for them in this area. Do your home work and make sure you ask the Primes the right questions as it relates to your contract and non-competes. Many of us do not fear loosing techs like others simply because we treat them correctly, pay them well and conduct our business with the utmost honesty and principles, something lacking in our industry.
