This company owes me $1,000 in back pay which was held for 90 days per agreement for retainage. 90 days passed as of May 17th 2006.
I was told by Don Gault that since I went to work for another Prime that I am not going to see my $1K. That is not what retainage is meant to be used for.
It's money owed to me for work performed... Don simply needs to pay it like an HONEST businessman would.
