Dude, those are charges, not convictions. I only have info on convictions. Someone being accused of something is not the same as being convicted and ordered by the courts to make employees whole.
Im sure some of them may have led to convictions, but this is still a mute point. Companies who use union busters have been charged and convicted of labor violations. But yet you and Herb will use them. At the same time you encourage employees not to unionize due to blimishes in labors history. What that all about?
I asked you a question, and you never answered. Read my post about there being no unions in cable/sat. Please respond. I will not post anymore on the "blimish" topic. Its stupid.
