Re: Cheap labor

In a time that we are supposed to be weary of who comes over our borders ("homeland security") it seems quite appropriate that we should have seen a dwindling of the amount of illegals sneaking in to our country. But if fact it is more so the opposite where since 911 the amount of illegals coming in is at an all time alarming high.

A deal has been struck by those in power, and in that deal we the people have been sold out.

"What country before ever existed a century & a half without a
rebellion? & what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers
are not warned from time to time that his people preserve the spirit
of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right
as to the facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives
lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from
time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its
natural manure"

A letter to Col. William S. Smith, sent from Paris, November 13,
1787 from Thomas Jefferson while in Paris.
