Is the 3X4 absolutely necessary? Can you replace with a 4X4? It might be a voltage issue and the 3X4 might not be able to push enough juice to the 4th reciever. The only reason I can see a 3X4 needed to be in the system is an Off air antenna and then you can use a diplexer on each end
