Re: S/A 9820 AND 9811 Continuum Series

Some product support that is! I'd try them again taking down the SA contacts name and ask nicely if anyone there knows anything about the equipment. I'm not familar with the modulators but isnt that fairly new technology?Is SA tech support turnover so great that nobody remembers this stuff? Doesnt say alot for SA at this point.
