So you being a B card, and can't do A or F card work would be like a tech going to a house to do a install "B" card work, and not be able to install a phone line because that is "C" card work... right?
So the C card worker comes down and installs all the extra phone lines...
Now the B card worker is running more efficiently, and is more specialized because he is not doing C card work anymore.
