Where do you get your info. FYI. Unions are non profit organizations, and are held by standards of non profit orgs. ALso it is totally illegal for companies to pay unions. This would be a form of a "company union" which is illegal.
Maybe you are getting things mixed. Maybe you mean the company is required to contribute to a fund that both the union and the company contribute to for training and education. Im not sure what youre saying but, to say companies pay the union is not true.
