You're getting screwed.
I'm sure that this union issue has been addressed before, more than once. The problem is that these posts don't live beyond a couple days. Does anybody have the time to start a simple website that most of the guys on here can go to addressing things such as a union? We desperately need one for the better part of 2 years now.
CWA would better have our interests than IBEW. I know first hand, back in 88, there was a vote in our company between the 2. Either way, ANY union is better than the abuses we are taking.
