I agree with these guys, our system has nothing higher than a 23 value tap, and we also use return line conditioners at the end of line low value taps to keep the return from being too low. Pwolf is dead on, check the tap first and if you have a problem there, you just removed yourself from the problem/blame. If your management is trying to blame you for these problems, why aren;t they able to TELL YOU what you are doing wrong? Are you guilty until proven innocent? I am a tech supv and I preach, preach, preach documentation to my guys. I will stand toe to toe with the CEO of our company and defend my techs "IF" they provide me with correct documentation as ammunition, but I won't make a fool of myself and go in unarmed. Ask your supervisor for help/ guidance, this shows you care and WANT to be productive. If they don't help you, document that as well.
