The way I understand it, the Union can't make anybody do anything. Everything has to be negotiated by both sides and then mutually agreed upon. Your comment about making DTV do anything is pretty moot. I have not heard one word about any union trying to unionize the DirecTV employees. Under the current structure that is not likely to ever happen.
