I'd tell that mofo to piss up a rope and go work for one of the other primes. Those no compete clauses are garbage that they love to threaten new to the biz techs with so they won't leave after the company trained them and let them get a little experience under their belt. If they did take you to court over it most judges would throw it out as being "restraint of trade" (trying to prevent you from making a living in your chosen field).
