Would you work for a Prime if you knew going in...
A. Lowest pay in area
B. Charges weekly dispatch fee's even if you own your own Nextel or Cell Phone... $15.00 weekly
C. Required you to pay for uniform service.. shirts are 100% polyester, very dark color... nice in the Florida heat... $35.00 monthly
D. Tacks on a surcharge if you have equipment stolen from your truck...in addition to the cost the MSO charges, this guy charges up to an additional $100.00 per convertor...
E. Penalty charge if not in the office by 7 a.m. $25 per incident
F. Penalty charge for not being on first job by 8:30 a.m. $25.00 per incident
G. Does not allow you to address any QC issues from the MSO but charges you back for sending one of his own to make reparations...
H. Has his own list of QC chargebacks that has nothing to do with the MSO
I. Constantly hiring even though work is slow forcing you to have to take less work so he can keep his new hires happy
J. Threatens you with a "no compete" clause when you decide you can no longer work under these conditions..even though there are 13 other Primes in the area that would be glad to have you.
The list goes on and on...
This guy advertises for installers in Orlando Fl on this bar.. I will not put the name up just yet but you can IM for info...
