Sounds like a bunch of fly by night contractors will bid out a bunch of work, hire on a bunch of stupid subcontractors that think they are going to be rich, then after 6 weeks of hard work and come pay day, the contractor will be in the Caribbean sucking on Coronas by the ocean.
Let the Florida market fall untill DTV takes more responsibility on who they let become contractors.
