Shoot i know exactly what you mean by that, anyways with us we can take all the time off we want because we are currently over staffed,,, and they keep hiring people... But lucky for me lots of people choose to take it off so it gives me a decent route... anyways the fact is these guys can now do what they want like telling us that they want to cut our pay back to when we first started if we cant meet the phoneline requirements... which is tough when you have people with cell phones or qwest jobs and the phone isnt even setup yet and they expect us to just take it. and instead of directv 40% there gonna require 35% for the entire month.... which is stupid because 35% of our work is through qwest and if they havent done their job its our fault, cant reschedule either... so its you know total bs. I can only stand being low paying for 3 months when i first started to know i was gonna make more over all but now they want to lower the limits more its out radgous!!!!
Sorry i have to vent from time to time and complain bout stupid companies...
