You hit the nail on the head if that cat would take as much pride in his work as he said he would be working 40 hours a week instead of 100 and if its his guys that are causeing him to work those extra hours then he has a serious proplems with his leadership skills if my guys cause me to work 100 hours a week that takes time from my wife and kids and something will change and if it is my fault that im working 100 hours a week then that tells me that Im in the wrong business. If an installer has to work over 45 a week then he is not doing something right.
Give us our trade back!!!!
