I know most of you have already figured this out for yourselves, but I thought I'd post this anyway.
Professional Satellite is going to lean on clause "L" of the contract they had everyone sign stating that any monies owed will be paid 60 days after notice of termination of the contract is sent.
Keep in mind that I'm still not holding my breath that we will ever be paid what we're owed. This is all too reminiscent of the whole Prime Installs fiasco, where no one was ever available to answer any questions.
Whatever happened to the philosophy of you do a quality job for a company, and they pay you in return? I guess being a quality technician doesn't count for much in this day and age.
