I agree 100% what Billybadass has got to say. I have been around this business for a long time and as long as I can recall phone lines have always been apart of standard installs. and as far as being charged for small parts if the in house techs would use them properly and not sell them to there contract buddies or just keep track of them instead of saying "I just dropped a bag of fittings who cares I don't pay for them leave them on the ground I have more on my truck or I can get more from the warehouse. Come on guys how long did you think companies were going to keep absorbing the costs of careless employees. The bottom line is spend more time doing your job instead of talking and then maybe you could make more money.
