comon now....is it the lying to customers(which i highly doubt),or the extra work,they are complaining about...looks like lazyness to me,now if they payed you 50 bucks to hook up a phone jack,this woulda never been an issue,..and you would lye,lye,lie...dont get mad at me im just lookin at this from the outside..
