You have an electrical or RF short. Not to be too technical but... you are able to change the polarity of your dish by the receiver sending out either 13 or 18 V to the lnb to change the polarity from odd or even transponders. Somewhere in your system there is a bad connector or a metal staple or something shorting that voltage transfer so that even though your receiver is sending out the appropriate voltages, they are not making it to the dish. Or worse case the receiver has quit sending out those voltages (or one or the other) all together. Several things need to be checked and you need a professional to do it for you. A good man will have you back on there air in an hour. Drop me a private with your info and I will see if I can find you someone to come take a look :)
