all this can be found in any of the amp manufacturers little handbooks....C-Cor and SA both have great ones.......VOP is merely the speed at which data travels on a particular cable in relation to the speed of light. .83 -.87 is usual for most coax, while fiber is usually about .67;while slower (light in a vacuum travels at 186,000 miles per second so its not something visually noticeable), we are able to put so much more data on light than we can on RF, with so much less attenuation (which is why we use fiber) the NCTI Service Tech course is also a great place to find all this info
