Why so many incorrect facts and mis-understandings of the relationship between DTV and HSP's. HSP's and the way they conduct business is solely on the HSP not DTV. Mastec (Advanced Technologies) is a public company and is in the business of making money for it's shareholders and doesn't care one lick for it's contractors or employees. Mastec Advanced Technologies pays out less than 55% of what DTV pays to them when it comes to their contracted companies. With very little support coming from Mastec Advanced Technologies to their contractors why so much of a take? Greed Greed Greed. All in the name of their stock holders, yeah right! The amount of money paid to the company presidents and those who suck on the company presidents is enormous. If the company thinks they are a caring company then share in the wealth and start giving the little guy a chance to earn a decent living. Re-focus and start giving the employees rates that are fair to a family man needing to support his family. I know that DTV keeps lowering the amount paid to the HSP but this doesn't mean that the cut needs to be passed on to the employees and contractors. Take one for the good of the family man and the love for your employees.
