I've grounded to a couple water pipes before, it's legit with DirecTV in MN, But I agree completely about making the techs fix it for free, you know... Since all of these subcontractors are making like $10,000 a week...
And they don't do enough as it is, I even heard of one guy having enough time to take his kids to Valley Fair once, and that is a crime!
