In February, his department randomly sampled 100 of 6,800 installations by Galaxy 1 in southeastern Minnesota. Of those 100, 80 didn't meet code, with faulty grounding being the most common problem, Honorman said. Some systems were wired, for example, to outdoor water spigots.
