RTW was written to protect the employer . in a right to work state you can fire someone. and there are no consequence's. no reason is needed and fighting it is useless if you have representation you can stop a job dead on its feet and you now have leverage .
I.E. Fl. power Worked as iron worker went to work as union worker There was non union working along side . Labors not happy with amount of work at 5 Am they set up a picket at 7 Am we went back to work reps got matters under control labors who were not union got released from site not enough work see without rep. union would have suffered as an iron worker we supported laborers and so did other trades as non union worker they followed our lead and they lost there jobs so right to work can also be a bomb shell
