I do have the SDA but I was only using it as a comparison to my Agilent E4411B. (Borrowed)
I have not used a filter yet but the readings are now 58-61 dbc after the amp - out of the splitter - feeding the lasers.
I used the Agilent E4411B and used the 20db preamp function on the analyzer. I will try the filter and settings you have recommended. Thanks for the help.
