Trey you bring facts to the discussion. Valuable information the folks in this business can use to make a decission as to whether a union may or may not be of some benefit to them. But it seems that Toasty, OSG and some of the other anti-union trolls always try to twist the exchange into nothing more than a pi$$ing match. When that happens you should just put the trolls on the pay no mind to list and ignore their attempts to draw attention away from the information you are trying to present. It's best to present your ideas and facts as to what unionizing can and can not do for the people in this business and ignore the trolls who are trying to call you out.
I know that exposing the trolls' lies and misrepresentations can be fun, but in the process of doing so often as not people are bored or turned off by the back & forth bickering and shut it out along with the information you are trying to present.
Trey, I and others here value the information you have to offer. Play your game not the game of the trolls. Don't lose sight that getting the information out is the objective not, as fun as it may be, palying tit for tat with a bunch of witless morons.
