Guys I have to agree with all of ya, but keep one thing in mind. As much as I hate to say it, the good old USA is becoming a third world nation when it come to pay. Nobody I know has gotten a raise in pay except friend that work for government. City, State, or Fed. My wife is a FNP and the Doc she works for has cut her pay. Unless we control our border, our kids are screwed.
