That just about covers it, glad you stated it.Pay your dues quit yer b--chen and for gods sake at least bring a warm responsive body to work! Yep cablepro you have answered all their questions and sent them on their merry way to success in one fell swoop! And just think maybe just maybe ONE of them will follow.Thank you sir you said everything I wanted to only better. I dont understand why installers dont look at their jobs as stepping stones, hopefully up the ladder to better jobs.Sure it can pay good but a good plant manager or engineer or applications engineer or chief tech makes much better and most probably should.Unless I'm mistaken (probably not) it takes years to learn this level of plant operations and you dont learn it crawlin under houses.
