Gwester, did you see the workorder I posted? See what it says? Those are Directv installation guidelines, you wanted proof, there's your proof. I'd like us to see the problem for what it really is, Dtv not investing enough money in order to upgrade their system and making us having to pay for their shortfalls(free phone lines) Also the civil war was over 150 years or so ago, let's stay on the subject please, also the south has nothing to do with the fact Dtv and HSP's wants us to work for free
