i have typed and retyped 4 replies to you, FC13, but i have decided to just say that your post is ignorant and that a better reason for "qualified people" staying away is that people like yourself seem to be the self proclaimed "qualified people".....i'm assuming you are either a manager or foreman that expected the grass to be greener once you came to your present pasteur.
