Didn't this thread start as a question as to why we contract in regards to drugs, money, or legal probs. Funny where things go. Anyway, let me throw my 2 cents in.

24 volt Dewalt cordless hammer drill. I have yet to meet a wall that I can't get through (even with a dull bit). Witnessed too many idiots screwing around with 9 and 12 volts and told myself "no way."

Oh, generally speaking I'm an outside - in person myself most of the time when it comes to brick. However, that’s always after inspecting where I'll be drilling from and finding some reference point to drill along with (i.e. existing wire or conduit).

As far as the original thread topic… for the money.
