Recently I was asked for a DUNS # during a business credit check. I applied for one, through D & B, now they want $499 to proceed. They claim this will help build our business credit, & take the pressure off using our personal credit & SS #'s. We have not been asked for this up till now.
Anyone out there have any knowledge of this, if it's something that will help us, or waste of money?
