omg.......there is alrteady a union guys......just in case yall have no idea and you obviously dont. The IBEW......has a communications division that is pretty open to any lineman with more than 5 verifyable years of experience....potelco and west coast communications are both divisions of quanta services.they also own PARR electric......you know the red power trucks........there is also the CWA....communication workers of america.......so if union is what you want see your local and join .....however i am not sure if installers qualify as linemen
