The retainage that was not paid was exactly what was held out of our pay. We did not hold 1 cent extra. When David was contracted NOT EMPLOYEE. He was well aware of this. Was fine with it. I will say once again that I check on it monthy. We have never screwed anyone out of their money and never would. IN FACT David lived in my home rent free for 2 months. Why??? Because he is my brother in law. No he is getting exactly what he wanted from his original post. Please don't feed into the BS. Suffice it to say there was a falling out and this is just petty and he knows it. He was paid a huge amount of money because of the relationship.
