If David knew when he started that he would not get paid until bellsouth paid the prime (You) then you have a point.Butt if you were not getting paid at all how could you hold a retainage in the first place?and if you are holding a retainage you have the money at hand.Unless bellsouth holds a retainage on the company itself and you have not took retaniage out of Davids pay than you are both screwed.I can tell you this something is strange and crooked about this whole situation.either from bellsouth or (You) the prime.
