Most of the leads I have gotten from this site have been from thieves and liers. It is very important that you check out these people. You will notice that when you see postings for work, you will have a number or Email and a first name for contact , rarely a name of a company. Sometimes good can come from bad. Last year I went out to Ft.Wayne In. Went to work directly for Netstar (the prime). They subbed to a company called Lyte Phinders. This company screwed up a high percentage of the work they did. I know because I and 4 other splicers spent over a month rehabing they're work. Some of it couldn't be fixed so Verizon gave Netstar they're walking papers. Needless to say we were tossed aside. Here comes the good. We checked Expertech and they put us in touch with one of they're subs, Skope. This is an excellent company, high standard of work, will absolutely not tolerate any substandard work, and most important of all, the check is ALWAYS on time. Paul (owner) and Jim were a joy to work for and were very organized. While I was out there I made a lot of good contacts. In the beginning it looked dismall but in the end everything worked out great. Again, be careful. Unfortunately there is very little integrity in this business anymore. Check,check,and re-check your leads. It will save you thousands of dollars in the end.
