The same thing happens on construction sights everyday, residential and commercial. Everyone needs to have some general information like when to show up and where you should go and what to do when you get there. Take Independent Truck Drivers for example. They, pay for their truck, fuel, etc., get paid by the mile, load and what not......They are self employed and love it that way. You must have at least a few guidelines in place or no one would get anything done.....it would be anarchy!!!!
