I know how to setup our return as far as the levels and such, the thing that I have not been told and I'm beging to think is a problem is our return EQs..
When I'm looking at the SSR reading the Transmit and Tilt, should my tilt be at 0? This is something I'm not sure me and the boss where told. I only ask because I have set up the returns as they should be yet still have high transmits on some customers.
Please do not tell me I need to reduce splitters and such I know this and its been done.
